Reserve Your Hotel Room

Hotel rooms have been blocked with a special group rate for your class and are open for booking now. The deadline to book rooms with this special rate is Thursday, February 27, 2025. Hampton Inn & Suites will host the hospitality room, but all hotels are within walking distance of each other. Instructions and details are below.

Please be advised the group block is now open for booking. You may use the links above to book your rooms online or call the hotel directly using the group name MUW Homecoming 2025 or group code MHC.

Please note rooms will not be available for booking in the block after the cutoff date of February 27, 2025. When booking, you must enter your dates of stay that match the contracted dates to book into the group.

Please be advised there are buffer dates added in case anyone needs to come in early or stay a day later than the contracted dates, so you must select the exact dates you wish to book before clicking "check availability." If you click "check availability" without selecting the dates, an error message will appear stating there are no rooms remaining in the group block for a particular night. Once the dates are selected, you will be able to continue the booking.
