Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to renew each year?
No, but continued participation requires you to maintain active alumni status.

Can I enroll more than one child?
Yes. Each child must be enrolled individually.

Will my child receive communications directly?
As they get older, we may request contact information to keep them engaged and connected to The W.

My child missed a milestone gift. Can I still get it?
If a participant enrolls after missing a milestone due to the program being new, a one-time request may be made to receive the most recent missed milestone gift. This exception applies only to initial enrollment and is not intended for repeated or retroactive requests.

Is there a cost to participate?
No, participation is included as a benefit of active alumni status.
