Where Passion Meets Purpose faculty and staff campaign logoThe Faculty and Staff Giving Campaign is an annual giving initiative that encourages employees of MUW to make a gift to our university. These gifts stay at The W and make a lasting impact on our campus.

As a faculty or staff member at The W, you support this university and our students through your contributions of time, talent, and expertise. Thank you for making The W a great place to work and learn.

Regardless of its size, your gift counts you among those who show they believe in The W and its mission. Many of our faculty and staff members choose to give by payroll deduction. Thank you for your recurring gifts and for giving back.

Faculty and Staff Giving Campaign Success as of September 30, 2025

  • 41 new or increased payroll deduction donors
  • 17 offices and departments with 100% giving participation
  • Six $50 gift card drawing winners
  • One reserved parking space winner

 

Incentives

  • Your name will be added to our Faculty and Staff Donor Roll.
  • Donors of $50 or more ($4.17 or more a month) to the MUW Foundation by September 30, 2025, will receive a W golf umbrella.

  • If you increase your payroll deduction or start a new payroll deduction by September 30, 2025, you will be entered into a drawing for a reserved parking spot for a year.
  • All faculty and staff members who give by September 30, 2025, will be entered into a weekly drawing for a $50 gift card. Drawings will be held each Wednesday of the campaign.
  • Offices and departments with 100% participation in the campaign by September 30, 2025, will receive an office pizza lunch.

Give conveniently through ongoing payroll deduction. Contact the Office of Development and Alumni, and we will email you the form you need.

Online

You may make a one-time gift or establish a recurring gift using your credit or debit card through our online giving form.

Mail

Contact the Office of Development and Alumni, and we will send you a form to complete and return by campus mail to the Office of Development and Alumni, W-1618.
